Viewing your dashboard

The Dashboard is where you look up attendance history for your classes — trends over time, a day-by-day log, and per-student stats. It's for viewing and exporting only; you mark attendance on the Attendance tab.

Read-only. You can't change any marks on the Dashboard. To correct attendance, go back to the Attendance tab.

Opening the Dashboard

Tap Dashboard in the bottom bar (the middle tab). If you just finished marking a class, that same class and subject are already selected for you.

Choosing what to view

At the top are filters that decide what the Dashboard shows:

Seeing "Select a subject to view attendance"? If you teach several subjects, you need to pick one specific subject — the Dashboard won't show stats while "All Subjects" is selected. Choose a subject and the data appears.

The summary cards

Once a class and subject are selected, four cards give you a quick snapshot:

Daily Summary

The Dashboard opens on Daily Summary, which has two parts:

Attendance Trends (Last 7 Days)

A bar chart of the last seven recorded days. Each bar shows the split between present (green) and absent (rose) for that day. Hover or tap a bar to see the exact present and absent counts.

Daily Attendance Log

Below the chart, you can look at any single day's attendance:

When you open the Dashboard, the log jumps to the most recent day that has data.

Student Stats

Switch to Student Stats for a per-student table across all recorded sessions. For each student you'll see their name and roll number, an attendance bar and percentage, and their total present (P) and absent (A) day counts.

Any student below 75% is shown in red, so the students who are falling behind stand out immediately.

"Removed" tags. If a student or subject was removed from the class, their past records still appear here with a Removed tag, so your history stays complete. Removed students aren't counted in the Students or Below 75% cards.

Exporting a CSV

Tap Export to download a spreadsheet (CSV) of the attendance you're currently viewing — for the selected class and subject. It includes each student, a column for every session date (marked P, A, or –), and their totals: days present, days absent, and percentage. It's handy for records, reports, or sharing with your college.
